Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through ZiruiBao Trading Limited on https://ziruibaostudio.com. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
1. Customized Products
Most LED signs, neon signs, and customized lighting products are made to order. Customized products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund for change of mind after production begins, except where required by law or where the product is defective, damaged, materially different from the approved design, or not as described.
2. Design Approval and Cancellation
Before production, we may provide a design proof for approval. A custom order may be cancelled before production starts. After production begins, cancellation may not be available, except where required by applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the packaging and product. We may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Non-Custom In-Stock Products
For eligible non-custom products, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery, unless a different mandatory period applies in your country. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5. European Economic Area Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from certain distance contracts. This right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used by the customer and usually take 3–10 business days after approval, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.
7. Duties and Additional Charges
Import duties, customs taxes, local handling fees, and installation costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
